1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for developer sandbox credentials, calling our API endpoints, or contracting for credit verification intelligence, you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be strictly bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental service level agreements (SLAs). If you do not consent to these terms, you must terminate access immediately.

2. Provision of API Services

RISIDDHA FINSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED supplies programmatic API interfaces enabling authorized corporate entities to request credit reports, credit scores, and verification intelligence aggregated from licensed bureau repositories. While we strive to maintain our 99.98% uptime availability target, service access is provided on an “as available” infrastructure basis subject to scheduled maintenance windows.

3. User Responsibilities & Mandatory Consent

In invoking our APIs, Client covenants and agrees that:

• It holds valid, auditable borrower consent for every consumer credit check requested through the API.
• It shall use the verification data solely for legitimate lending, underwriting, fraud mitigation, or compliance assessments.
• It shall safeguard all issued API secret keys and bearer tokens with utmost diligence, immediately notifying us in case of suspected token compromise.
• It will not attempt reverse-engineering, vulnerability probes, or denial-of-service simulations against our production endpoints without prior written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, vector emblems, documentation content, API schemas, software algorithms, and layout elements showcased on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of RISIDDHA FINSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED. Bureau trademarks (such as CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, and TransUnion) remain the proprietary marks of their respective legal owners and are referenced solely for identification and integration descriptors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bureau score calculations, historical trade lines, and default markers are sourced directly from independent, official credit repositories. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RISIDDHA FINSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED disclaims liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or delays stemming from external bureau source downtime. Under no circumstances shall our aggregate liability exceed the total service fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

6. Indemnification

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RISIDDHA FINSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and technology affiliates from any claims, regulatory penalties, damages, or legal expenses arising from Client's breach of consumer consent mandates or unauthorized misuse of API credentials.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in conformity with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad / Uttar Pradesh, India.
