Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RISIDDHA FINSERVE PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering dependable, transparent financial verification technology via our official digital endpoints. Please review our refund guidelines prior to acquiring API credit bundles or entering into commercial subscriptions.
1. Services Rendered & Executed API Queries
Due to the instant, digital nature of credit verification, API queries successfully executed against authorized credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, CRIF High Mark, or TransUnion) incur real-time upstream infrastructure charges. Consequently, no refunds are granted for verification queries that have already been executed and delivered to the Client's application.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
In the event of an inadvertent duplicate payment or billing discrepancy caused by gateway delays, the customer must submit a refund request to [email protected] within seven (7) business days along with the payment reference ID. Once verified, duplicate charges will be reversed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 banking days.
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Clients on recurring monthly or annual enterprise plans may cancel their subscription at any time by issuing written notice through our developer portal or by writing to our billing desk. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle, and no further automatic renewals will be processed.
4. Service Downtime & SLA Credits
If our core API infrastructure falls below our committed 99.98% availability threshold within a calendar month (excluding scheduled maintenance windows), affected enterprise partners are eligible to claim service credits applied toward subsequent billing periods as outlined in their Master Service Agreement.
